1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility & Jurisdiction

To register and maintain an active coyy99 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online betting and gaming services does not violate applicable local laws.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. coyy99 strictly prohibits gambling by minors. Any Account found to have been opened by a person under 21 will be immediately closed, and any Balance held in that Account will be forfeited.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period previously applied by coyy99 or by any other gambling operator.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of coyy99 or any of its affiliated game-supply partners.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

coyy99 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available for use outside the jurisdictions it targets. Members accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

3 Account Registration

Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one (1) coyy99 Account. Opening or operating more than one Account — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different devices or IP addresses — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Balances or pending withdrawals held across those Accounts.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. coyy99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided at registration at any time.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your coyy99 username and password strictly confidential.
• All activity occurring on your Account, whether authorised by you or not, until you notify coyy99 of any suspected unauthorised access.
• Logging out of the Platform after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Ensuring that no other person, including family members, has access to your Account credentials.

coyy99 will never contact you to request your password. If you receive any communication purporting to be from coyy99 that asks for your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately via live chat.

KYC Verification. Prior to processing your first withdrawal request, coyy99 requires completion of a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. You will be required to submit:

• A government-issued photo identification document (KTP, passport, or SIM).
• A document confirming your Indonesian residential address issued within the preceding three months (bank statement, utility bill, or official correspondence).
• Additional documentation at coyy99's reasonable discretion, including source-of-funds documentation for high-value accounts.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by coyy99 upon request may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed. coyy99 is not liable for delays in withdrawal processing arising from a Member's failure to provide timely KYC documentation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the coyy99 platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). coyy99 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees, for which coyy99 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits. The following deposit methods are accepted by coyy99:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within five (5) minutes of confirmed receipt. coyy99 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it has reasonable grounds to believe is derived from unlawful activity or constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Withdrawals. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account name used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, to prevent money laundering.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours during standard operating hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed from 08:00 WIB the following day.
• VIP tier members (Gold, Platinum, and Black Diamond) are entitled to priority withdrawal processing as described in the VIP Programme terms.
• coyy99 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or high-value.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

coyy99 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and VIP-exclusive rewards. All bonuses are governed by these general terms and any specific terms communicated alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and must satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the default Wagering Requirement for all bonuses is 10x the bonus amount on eligible real-money games.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots and togel typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games typically contribute 20%; and sports bets at odds of 1.50 or greater typically contribute 100%.
• Bonus Funds expire thirty (30) calendar days from the date of credit if the Wagering Requirement has not been met by that date. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without compensation.
• Each promotion is available once per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• coyy99 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe the promotion is being misused.

Bonus Abuse. The following practices constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Bonus Funds:

• Opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once (multi-accounting).
• Using third-party matched-betting or arbitrage strategies designed to extract guaranteed profit from promotional offers.
• Colluding with other Members or coordinating betting patterns to exploit promotions.
• Providing false identity or payment information to qualify for promotions.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming on the coyy99 platform is conducted subject to the specific product rules applicable to each game or market. These product rules are accessible within the relevant game or betting section of the Platform. By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable product rules.

Sportsbook. The following general rules apply to all sports betting markets on coyy99:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. coyy99 reserves the right to correct manifest pricing errors and to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect price.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the full payout to be awarded. One voided selection in a mix parlay will reduce the accumulator by that leg.
• In-play bets placed after a goal, dismissal, or other significant event that has already occurred but has not yet been reflected in the live odds are void. coyy99's decision on whether a bet was placed before or after such an event is final.
• Asian Handicap (voor bola) markets are settled according to coyy99's published handicap rules available in the sportsbook section.
• coyy99 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market, member, or event at any time.

Casino & Live Casino.

• All casino games use certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer tables, physical dealing equipment monitored by independent game observers.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round, the bet will be settled according to the outcome that occurred, regardless of whether you remained connected for the full round.
• Any malfunction of a game or technical error that results in an incorrect payout voids all bets on the affected round. This policy applies to both RNG casino games and live dealer tables.

Togel & Numbers Games.

• All togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results are sourced from the official draw results of the respective lottery market (e.g., Singapore Pools) and are settled within thirty (30) minutes of the official result being published.
• Bets placed on a draw that has already been officially concluded are void regardless of when the result is published on the Platform.

7 Responsible Gaming

coyy99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and provides a suite of tools designed to help Members remain in control of their gambling activity at all times.

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of twenty-four (24) hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure session duration notifications that alert them when a specified amount of time has been spent on the Platform in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members may request a temporary account restriction for a period of their choosing (minimum seven days, maximum six months). The Account will be re-activated only after the period ends and the Member submits a written re-activation request.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to permanently exclude themselves from coyy99 may contact our support team to request permanent self-exclusion. Once applied, self-exclusion is irreversible and the Account will be closed with any remaining real-money Balance refunded after KYC verification.

8 Suspension & Closure

coyy99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected fraud, collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating.
• Conduct that coyy99 determines in its reasonable discretion to be abusive, threatening, or harmful to other Members or to coyy99 staff.
• Regulatory or law-enforcement request.
• Inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds held in the Account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real-money Balance in excess of any amounts owed to coyy99 will be returned to the Member following completion of any outstanding investigation and KYC checks, typically within fifteen (15) business days.

Members wishing to voluntarily close their Account may contact our support team at any time. Voluntary closure requests are processed within two (2) business days.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the coyy99 Platform — including but not limited to the coyy99 brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces supplied by third-party studios, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of coyy99 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any part of the Platform software.
• Use any automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or interact with the Platform without coyy99's prior written consent.
• Use the coyy99 brand name, logo, or any other marks in any manner that suggests an affiliation with or endorsement by coyy99.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, coyy99 excludes all liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from gambling, betting, or gaming activity on the Platform.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage.
• Platform unavailability, technical errors, or interruptions of service caused by circumstances outside coyy99's reasonable control (including network outages, power failures, or third-party system failures).
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• The conduct, content, or technical performance of third-party game studios whose products are made available on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter for which liability may not lawfully be excluded or limited.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, coyy99's maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you deposited with coyy99 during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

coyy99 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering a coyy99 Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Personal data collected by coyy99 — including your name, date of birth, residential address, financial transaction history, and device/IP information — is used for the purposes of account administration, fraud prevention, KYC compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, and the delivery of personalised promotional communications where you have provided consent.

coyy99 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with game-supply partners, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required to deliver the Platform services or to comply with applicable law.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which coyy99 is incorporated and licensed internationally. In using the Platform, you acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Indonesia is a complex and evolving area of law, and that you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with any applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration administered under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration institution. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents coyy99 from seeking emergency injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

13 Amendments to These Terms

coyy99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made — including changes to eligibility requirements, financial transaction limits, bonus conditions, or dispute resolution procedures — coyy99 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Members via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to reflect changes in our product range — may be made without advance notice. The version and date of the most recently published Terms are displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure in accordance with clause 8.
